Now allow it to cool and add one fourth teaspoon of salt in it. Make it a daily routine to drink this tea once in a day.
  • Take a lemon and cut it into two halves. Now squeeze its juice in a glass with water and add little salt to it. Drink this juice twice daily.
  • You can even try using hot water bottle or infrared lamp to provide heat to the back. This will provide relief from backache.
  • Mix five cloves, five black pepper corns and one gram of dry ginger powder to your regular tea and consume two times daily. This is one of the effective home remedies for back pain.
